I absolutely love how you included Hypothermia instead of Frostfall Hypothermia. Death by getting wet and the likes just don't make sense for me. (Acclimation anyone? I've seen - literally - butt naked eskimo babies crawling inside an igloo in Attenborough documentaries.)

Igloos trap Warmth in through the protection and shelter away from Bone biting winds. As for getting "wet to death" around Skyrim-esque type climates Will chill you, making you vulnerable to ice, Increasing the likelyhood of frostbite tenfold.
....you do realize that getting wet while being in cold climates will kill you right? It will kill you very quickly. That's why when somebody is an icy/arctic area and they fall in the water, THE VERY first thing they need to do when they get out is take off their clothes and get warm immediately.
Also Igloos trap warmth. Just as Massblivion said.
While thinking about it, cgiorgal has a small point. He asked if I get any CTD's with the mods here. Well yes, yes I do. There are times I go weeks without crashing, then boom, one, maybe two crashes in a couple of days, then I'm fine for another week. If you mod ANY game, you are BOUND to have a crash at least one point in time, no matter how simple. Hell, even unmodded game crash from time to time. If you mod a game, you have a higher chance of getting crashes. I'm posting this because his comment keeps getting downrated and I think he asked a valid question. No, I didn't release a list of mods that when combined crash, but still, its a valid question. Keep that in mind when rating comments everyone, we're all just looking for the best, safe-from-crashing game aren't we?

You list Camping Lite, why not Campfire?
This mod list would be better with Realistic Needs and Diseases.
You have not combat mods listed.
You barely have a weather mod.
You don't have anything to make dungeons, caves, nights darker.
I'm not feeling this mod list.
