I knew it. Shadowmere is a Friesian horse and let my current care horse also be a Friesian horse. The Frisian horse is usually coal black and not jet black like my previous care horse which was a jet black friesian which was really jet black. Some are jet black but most friesian horses are coal black and often turn dark brown in the summer so Shadowmere has been given the most common color variant of the Frisian.
AWESOME!!!! I love this texture. Haven't tried the no shine version, cause I love it the way it is Looking forward to any future updates you may have in the works Will endorse ASAP
I agree with penguinsane, maybe some more fiery/demonic eyes and/or some kind of smoke or fire trail from the hooves would be cool in a future update. Keep up the great work ultiman666
Really nice texture on the fur! Horses are shiny and have very small and shiny hair^^ Though it would be nice if you make a darker version to. Otherwise lovely! And I liked one comment that suggested smoke. Like the one on the ebony mail
Looks like you need a glow map file. Read this: http://niftools.sourceforge.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=3189&start=30
Sounds like it is something that is attached to the model so you would have to edit the model in NIFScope to include the glow map. I am not good with models myself so I won't be much more help than this.
For glows, I would be nice to turn Shadowmere into a proper hellhorse, but make it subtle. Smoke/steam rising from his hooves or his body, his eyes having a bit of fire added to them.
