    Mabye this is old and might be discontinued but:

    Bug or feature?
    Cloak spells have their Area increased instead of duration - means it damages enemies that are far away and as it works through walls it might clean a room without opening the door.

    (Dawnguard, Heathfire and Dragonborn installed)

    The 'High Level Enemies' has this optional version that scales illusion and necromancy spells.

    Hey would it work if I use a mod called 'Necromancy and Illusion Level Cap 75' or 'High Level Enemies'? Your mod changes master illusions spell cast time to 1 sec. I want to increase the level cap of illusion master spells and necromancy spells. I wanna make sure it doesn't conflict or anything.

    Omg… you are right… it is fixed by the Unofficial Skyrium patch… I alone never got this perk cos was afraid of the god mode.... and had no idea that is was fixed... I only read about it. Thx for the info. :3

    Did you install Unofficial Skyrim Patch? There's many vanilla bug fix in it. Try to install it first and recheck those bugs you mention. If it's still persist I'll try to fix it.

    I currently playing a vampire dunmer in Master difficulty (plus much other mods that makes enemies and dragons stronger) with Dawnguard DLC, Unofficial Skyrim Patch, and Unofficial Dawnguard Patch installed. So far I never felt my vampire with necromage perk anywhere near god mode

    But again maybe I miss something, it would be nice if you could pin point the bug more specific. For example which spell, with how high the skill level, with what perks, have effects like [the real result you got] where it should be [the expected result].

    Well... it is a vanilla bug... healing spells should get stronger cos it kinda makes sence and is consistent with the lore... if it was only that it would be great but... I mean it also boosts the power of the enchantements that you are wearing... and the potions you drank have also boosted effects... it also boosts the time your summons stay with you... time the armor alteration spells are active and affects many perks like for example the Recovery perk... it also affects the vampire sun and frost weakness.... In other words vampirism+necromage=god mode

    I'll see what I can do about the summons. I failed to do the same last time, the summons conjures was on level 1 instead on player level, maybe I miss something.

    About the Necromage perk, did you mean Heal spell got stronger if you're a vampire? I didn't notice it before since I rarely use Heal spells (there's plenty healing potions). If that what you mean then I'll try to isolate the healing spells from necromage perk.

    Unfortunately summons spells work differently, so the atronach doesn't scale with conjuration skills.

    Ohh... I have seen some mods that tried to make them scale with player level. It would be nice to add it. ;3

    Alsoo... omg I forgot one more thing... it would be great if you also fixed the Restoration Necromage perk... I mean when the player is a vampire it makes him toots overpowered.

    @Modhorde
    It should be applied to other schools just like that

    @Tykiii
    Thank you for your suggestion, I'll think about it
