First thing I thought: Damn this is a nice looking mod Second thing: I'm a vampire lord not a mythic dawn member. Downloading it anyway but could you do something about the MD flags. It's kinda lore breaking d: A vampire with Sun banners. LOL
As I recall, Harkon himself has one of their banners hanging on his wall. Presumably as some sort of war trophy, like that werewolf pelt. But still, it's not like the Volkihar vampires have zero connection to the Mythic Dawn. Harkon had to have had SOMETHING to do with them, whether as friend or foe is something we'd have to probably ask Bethesda about.

Only the Mythic Dawn flags keep me from downloading this. Could you maybe do a version without them, and throw in a Molag Bal bloodwell instead? That would be a lot more lore friendly. Still, nice work!
this is realy nice place i love it o i all most for got Can some body pleace make a mod to clean the Volkihar castle from blood and make this place like a player hideout with NPC and stand for weapons and stauf like this bicause i end the dlc in dawnguard side and Volkihar castle is empty now and i realy love this place so if some body can make a mod its will be nice
this mod is really cool very cool i hope you add more for this mod i mean like more NPCs and rooms and Crypts, i hope you make NPCs follow too is will be cool
@easytigersindenim ha!i didnt even think about using a mod to make other vamps non-aggresive thts a good idea
yeah with the lighting i was going for as dark as poss but still being able to see. I will download the realistic lighting mod and check it out with that. I might release another version with more lightning in it for those people who use tht mod

@adamocelot hmm ya, i see what you mean there, i actually never even thought to throw sight on lol. that would make it feel more true vamp, all dark and evil like living without much light in the place. i think i might dabble around with the ck and see what i can come up with, since i haven't had the time or the chance to. well thank talos we have the nexus and the ck
it was really cool when i went in, a volkihar demon was in there assaulting everyone 'cause i downloaded that crazy monster mod. what i found was awesome that my vampire mod makes it so other vampires are non-aggressive with me so the volkihar demon wasn't attacking me initially (until i hit him with a misguided ice spear) i killed him then reanimated his body, and killed the rest of the vampires in there. i was thinking of letting them live there with me, but then thought not, i don't even having followers around lol.
Back home now I finally got the download I like it this place is great its what I expected it to be
@easytigersindenim I have actually said "its too dark" about another vampire home and the author stated he always used vampire sight .. thought well thats kind of a downer , but after trying it , seemed pretty normal since I was a vampire .. and yes I have to agree the vanilla vamps are horrible without mods to improve them dont know what the devs were thinking, seems like they kind of just tossed the ideas around and hurried to just stick them in the game , sad , but thats why we have mods......poor console people : (
Oh yea, what I liked the most was killing the prisoners and the imperial soldiers with prison garb there are sooo many npcs I'm annoyed with I am gonna get all of them I have a list (maybe a sickness) but I have a list LOL hey atleast the residents of this tomb like me joking aside nice work on this
