    This mod is great!Endorsed.

There is only a problem that i noticed it's the level cap only works for me locked on 15,above this it wont lock.

I tried locking on 30,40 and 50 and it did not work.

    Still required mod for me.

    Sorry for my bad English.

Edit- Sadly it doesn't work for SSE. Which is disappointing, i always hated how eventually my character was a expert in something even though he/she should not be skilled in that area in terms of role playing. And plus this mod would've enforced a more restrict level cap. Since level scaling for enemies generally stops at around level 40 or 50, i wanted to try to stop myself from leveling around that range instead of becoming a god.

Outstanding. Every player knows the odd sensation of casting AOE spells in a crowded area after learning the final spells from the master trainer. "Your illusion skill has gone from 90 to 92". It really destroys immersion. If you know the final spell, why is your knowledge increasing? You've taken care of that and have my thanks.

What if my khajiit only understands healing spells up to "close wounds"? Well, then he can stop learning restoration magic after that. Suppose my orsimer doesn't care to learn any alteration spells but was given a book of 'oakflesh' by his wife? Now he can use oakflesh without his knowledge of alteration increasing with time. What if my argonian only uses electric spells and doesn't need to learn how to swing an ax? Problem solved.

What if my dunmer took a serious blow to the head, had to bandage his skull and face with a field medic mod and now doesn't remember all that illusion training he took at the college? Cap that skill.

What if my bosmer only cares about forging bone and leather but, despite his dwemer studies, can't bring himself to understand how the forgotten race crafted their armor and weapons? He's eating too much human meat and his mind has been thusly limited by cannibalism and Namira's influence. If it's not made of skins and bones, he can't understand it. Now, he will never learn how to make anything made of heavy metal.

I haven't tried this yet, but if it works as it sounds then it is exactly what I am looking for, a great counterpart to the disparity mod with it's custom classes (I can make my WoW characters etc).

This mod and Character Creation Overhaul made me want to play skyrim again
Sometimes it's good to be able to have limits on classes, especially if you want to feel more attached to your character or roleplay it as a certain class

this mod is so good and so underrated, i cant play without it, i hate to level speech when my character isnt suposed to or lockpick, i open the most difficult chests with lv 15 or with console lol. you cant set individual limits for each school each character with uncapper.

Is there any way to reset my skill progress to 0 without going to jail? This mod usually works, but I still get sneak exp sometimes even though I'm at the cap. It's probably because of a stealth overhaul mod I'm using.

I've capped sneak at 30, and now I'm 99% of the way to 31, and so I have to reload every time I end up going over.

advskill with a negative number didn't work, and I can't figure out how the jail time script does it. I can't just let it go to 31 and reset it back to 30, because then I'd still be getting overall character level experience.

@JohnNewton: The jail script is hard-coded. I tried to research on it when first developing this, with no use.

I can't remember well right now, but before ending up with the current status of the mod, I think I used to somehow set the skill value. I think I had a script that on every cell change checked the current value, compared it to the cap, and set it lower if needed. But I can't say for sure if really worked, or how, because then I changed it to this other system, so maybe it was worthless.
