it looks really good but for some reason only the helmet, gloves and boots are white for me :/ the armour still looks yellowy does anyone know why this is?
This indeed does look a lot more elegant than the other color retextures available so far (others look like the result of an art major's orgasm), though it'd be perfect if there were a complimentary dragonscale retex as well.
Lots of people saying stuff like: "bones from recently killed animals are usually tinted yellow" and "off-white to creamy in colour" Medically inaccurate. Bone, when it's recently come from a living thing, is red. Full of blood vessels, which are in turn full of blood. Only after a bleaching process of one kind or another does it change to yellowy or white, for example being left out in the sun will dry it out and bleach it, after a time. I'm no medical student, but you don't really have to be. Look it up, haha.
So technically the bones you take from a dragon corpse after killing it should be a bloody, pinky-red. This would be a poor design choice for the game though, and simply isn't necessary. Great mod, by the way, endorsed.
I disagree with the previous poster: I think that this is the best Dragonbone retex so far. It looks classy and elegant, whereas many of the others are so brightly colored that they border on gaudy. Either that or they are so black that you can't even see anything. This is perfect, and something my Barbarian can wear in public without embarrassment. I am endorsing it now!
looks nice except you should have left the metal parts alone. i can understand how white could make the bones more bone looking but white metal? nah, doesnt look good
