Intended mostly as a resource for modders!

This mod will bring the mighty Mace of Aevar Stone-Singer from Morrowind: Bloodmoon to Skyrim.
How can you roam the land of the Nords without this Nordic weapon afterall?
I based the design of the mace on the original from Morrowind but updated the look to fit more into Skyrim.
The mace was one of the strongest weapons in TES:III and I wanted it to look the part for Skyrim too!

The mod contains a custom made mesh for the mace.
The metal parts of the mace use a custom amde texture, but the icey parts use the Glacier textures.
Depending on if and what kind of texture replacements mods you have installed (Real Ice for example), the look of this part of the model may very.

There's no quest involved in obtaining the mace.
Look for a chest on an iceberg near Septimus Signus's Outpost. Check the screenshots for the exact location.
On the iceberg you'll find a chest and a book. The chest is locked. The key is nearby;)
In the chest you'll find the mace.

In stats I tried to stay pretty true to Morrowind.
It's very heavy, swings very slow but hits way harder than any mace in the game. It also comes with a nasty (but not a special) frost damage enchantment.


Now the important part;)
Modders are free to use this mace (the mesh and the texture) for their own modding projects!
All I ask is credit for my hard work.

(Only for the metal parts of the mace. The ice parts use vanilla textures (or replacers, if you have them installed).)

Installation
============
To install, just copy the data folder to your main SKyrim directory. For most (steam) players this will be at:
(Drive letter:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim)
All thats left to do is activate the MaceofAevar.esp and start the game!


Uninstall
=========
Delete the MaceOfAevar folders in the Mesh/weapons and Texture/weapons folders.
Also deactivate/delete the MaceofAevar.esp
