well, imagine holding the bow in your hands. now, when you place the arrow on the bow, you would normally place it on top of your hand, right? thus, the arrow isnt exactly in the center of the bow, and that'd explain the bowstring wrap being off center ;P
Thought I would let you know that for right now I have made a stand-alone, craftable version of this bow for my game. I love the look of this texture and it looks even better in-game.
awesome, but I use the cobalt version u posted, as i like more lore-friendly schemes in my OCD land Skyrim, this is how modern bows in real life should look.
The ratio of endorsements to downloads is usually pretty low, I have a mod on the nexus with over 1,000 unique downloads and only 11 endorsements. Usually it's because people will download, try it out and decide they don't like it so they don't endorse it, sometimes people are just too lazy to go back to the downloaded mod page and endorse. I personally try to get back to mods I enjoyed and endorse them, and even if I didn't really like it sometimes I'll endorse for effort.
This texture looks amazing from the screenshots. Sure it's a bit lore-unfriendly but not by that much and it's something I could overlook if it weren't a replacer.
I'll be tracking this, if you decide which arrows to use. I personally like the Daedric arrows, the Ebony quiver just looks weird. If you decide on which ones you decide to match up to this and want someone to make it a standalone instead of a replacer I can also do that for you. Like I said, I'll be tracking but you can also message me if you want!
Well for the Nightingale bow, for looks I like the ebony arrow quiver, but I hate the arrows... particularly the point, and I don't care for the daedric ones either, they look clunky and incapable of accurate flight.
I'm open to doing one, but I'm gonna need suggestions on which arrow and quiver set to use.
Standalone would be awesome, but let's wait till we get a quiver in there.
