"The Need to Win
When an archer is shooting for nothing He has all his skill. If he shoots for a brass buckle He is already nervous. If he shoots for a prize of gold He goes blind Or sees two targets – He is out of his mind.
His skill has not changed, But the prize Divides him. He cares, He thinks more of winning Than of shooting – And the need to win Drains him of power."
Aaaand for those who are still wondering: The quote is about focusing on the act of doing (in this case, shooting) rather than anything else in life, don't be distracted by the goal when the journey is more important, etc. A very Taoist concept that dovetails into zen archery, art, and several other topics, but I'll spare you. Bottom line: Excellent work, in my opinion. Downloaded and endorsed.
As for how I used it... Ummm... Well, I popped it out of the archive and modded it as a replacer for Angi's bow. It seemed to fit well. =)
Incredibly detailed and practical bow, and to top if off you put it inside of a dungeon to put some difficulty behind retrieving it. Thank you very much.

i already got arcane smithing perk, but i cant improve it to ' legendry ' class.
what perk is needed?
I recommend smithing perks overhaul, new tree #2, it makes this question much much simpler.
