Great design, adds everything Breezehome was missing while avoiding the "Batcave Syndrome" so many other basement mods suffer from. Keep up the good work!
EDIT: One thing to note that I didn't catch initially, if you don't wait to enable the ESP until after you buy the rest of the furnishings in Breezehome, it blocks being able to buy part of the furnishings. Other than that minor bug, still a nice mod.
I use this basement in every character I have. I cannot seem to understand how some people like those huge open basements that are so out of place and obviously modded. I never got why people needed forges and workbenches in their house when there's one literally 15 steps away. This basement is believable, roomy enough, doesn't feel cluttered, and has just enough of everything I need. Great mod! Endorsed!
I use this with A Thane Worthy Breezehome and Breezehome Addition - Bathing Area. It works like a charm for me. I ended up using the console to delete the enchanting table in the basement simply because I did not need it with those other two mods, but after a little cleaning up the house looks great. Good work. Whole heartily endorsed, good sir or madam.

Note that the USKP currently causes a crash to desktop if you enter Breezehome. They're working on a fix. It's not this mod! Don't blame me!
