While I appreciate the support this mod has gotten in it's time here, making it one of the top warpaint mods here on this site, I have to let you guys know that my time of Skyrim modding is coming to an end. As such, I won't be offering any further support for this mod. So what you see is what you get. I may check back from time to time, but if I don't respond to any questions in a timely manner, then I have to apologize right now. My time on this site has been scarce as of late, and will continue to decline once I finish up my alternate version Noiral mod. Again, I thank you guys for supporting this mod, and we'll see what happens when the next Elder Scrolls game eventually comes out. Take it easy my friends!
This is a basic tat mod that adds extra warpaints to the vanilla races (custom races too if you use the Race Menu option). So it does not in any way affect the scripting for DG or Vamps.
It is an awesome tat to be sure and I do appreciate your interest in my work, but as I stated in the sticky, I am done with the modding thing for awhile. Sorry=(
From the known issues section on the main page: "Basically, any mod that has an "esp" file that modifies the races is likely to cause a conflict with any non-replacer warpaint mod (mine included). There are two workarounds for this: Change the desired warpaint into a replacer version, or add the warpaints to the conflicting mod. I have instructions for both workarounds under "Miscellaneous" downloads.
Note, that when using either method, you will need to either delete the wyldtats.esp file, or just make sure that it is unchecked. You will also need to download the "loose files" folder to utilize either option."
Due to the poor health of a family member, I have spent a lot of time in and out of hospitals as of late. I will try and check this page to help when and where I can, but if I don't respond in a timely manner, I do apologize. My family comes first, and my time will be spotty here until their health issues are resolved. Thank you for your continued support my friends!
I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but the male tattoos appear kind of pixelated on my guy. Actually the vanilla ones do too. Does anyone have a fix for this? Cause this looks sick.
Small issue. I don't know if its the Wyldtats plugin I have installed, or Racemenu... but I am having trouble with the tattoo selection screen for female Khajiits. While yes it shows all of the female khajiit things at first, it doesn't let you change to anything but like Beauty Marks and MALE wyldtats warpaint.
Hmmm... I'm wondering whats going on, really. I'm going to mess around with it a bit, turning off Wyldtats and so on and reloading, but I just wanted to peek in and see if its a known issue or not.
I DO use SkyRe Races, if that is an issue as well.
EDIT:
Odd. Started a new character and it worked just fine that time. I had updated to the new RaceMenu... perhaps that fixed it? Huh.
I'm not entirely sure what happened but I created my character and selected one of your war paints. Later in the game I noticed it was no longer there. Going to the face sculptor I noticed that none of the warpaints were longer available. I tried re installing the mod but to no avail. I have noticed that if I start over with a new character the war paint options are there. However I would really like to avoid starting all over again.
Unfortunately, I have no clue. If you installed a new mod, that could be the culprit. Any mods that affect the vanilla races could be causing an issue. If you are using the regular WyldTats edition, you may want to consider trying the WyldPlug version of the mod. As well, if worse came to worse, you could follow my instructions for making your paint of choice into a replacer version.
I'm not a modder but after messing with it for awhile, I "think" it has something to do with me being a vampire lord. The war paint texture disappeared when I came out of the vampire lord form and using the showracemenu command, I cannot use the war paint slider. I also noticed when trying to use the slider that the amount of amounts was set back to the default. If I load a character who isn't a vampire then I don't have this issue. Great mod by the way, I love it! Just having some troubles is all.
Sorry to be so long in responding, but life has kept me busy as of late. The vampire thing would probably be the culprit, as you are technically changing to another race at that point. What I would recommend is either try the race menu mod to add the tats, or make the tat of your choice into a replacer rendition as per my downloadable instructions. Hope that helps=)
If you use the race menu mod, or if you follow my instructions on adding warpaints to other mods, or changing them into replacer renditions. But yes, they can be made to work with custom races.
I just want to point out that when using the plugin for the race menu mod will not load warpaint 32. Going to the last tab and pressing T to load them works but paint 32 always defaults to 31.

here, look an example that i uploaded:
I'm using enhanced character edit and coverwomen. Could those be the reason?

Check out my custom race mod, the Noiral, for something really awesome though=)
