This was fixed in the Unofficial Skyrim Patch, making this mod mostly obsolete.

It would be nice to mention it in the description, as this mod would only be used by those who do not want USKP.

If users still experience this issue with USKP, they should first check their load order for things that overwrite USKP's files and then apply appropriate compatibility patches.

In riften home there is a mannequin bug like missing/living mannequin (appear somewhere else in the house, and the pose are also wrong) and these thing does not stand anithing like the ones in solitude manor -those are the proper ones- . Want to show of some armor but i fear they just vanish. Can you fix all of the mannequin pose and position in the game?

Im tried the 'living mannequin fix' mod or something like this but i dont need living mannequin...i need mannequins in a fix pose and a fix point inside a house.

And something else somehow i dont have a housecart in solitude manor even thought i already complete the Thane missions. Any ideals?

any possible way to fix the problem with purchasing a house + upgrades but everything inside is not set to your ownership except for bookshelves and beds? happened to me with one of my characters and i have yet to steal an item but everything in my player home appears marked as "not player ownership." using console commands "setownership" is time consuming.

Interesting bug since Dawnguard...in both Breezehome and Proudspire the quest to visit either house will not complete, this was to a vanilla non modded version of both. drove me nuts, looked for the quest code so i could console the quests away but no joy. A solution would make my day.

Ah, I did not even look to see if someone else had done Proudspire Manor. My mod aims to fix anything wrong with the house whether it be architectural, a bugged item, objects not being cleaned up correctly after purchasing an upgrade etc. My mod also aims to fix these issues in ALL player homes. not just Hjerim or Proudspire manor. These two were the first ones done because they are the largest and most expensive. Thanks for bringing the other mod to my attention nonetheless.

As long as the files or subfolders within the compressed .zip are in a main Data folder, NMM will install them correctly. To many modders forget this simply trick or, in some case, they do it, but then put the Data folder within a mod titled folder. So you would have "Bug Fixes For Player Homes/Data". That doesn't work. You just need a main "Data" folder and everything else within it. NMM is a very, very useful program and really the only way to enjoy all the mods connected to the game since you can install and uninstall with ease, being that the program creates back-ups of anything it overwrites.

Concerning this new fix mod, I do hope you know about the excellent "Proudspire Manor Bug Fixes" mod (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=9540). It does everything you have already went about doing and more. That is unless your mod only corrects architectural flaws and not object incorrections.

Well, I don't use NMM personally, so, I can only assume the reason it crashes is due to this mod lacking the required files to make it NMM compatible. If you need help uninstalling it, the Readme has the instructions in there. Sorry I can't be of further assistance with this issue, but, because I don't use NMM, I can only make assumptions and guesses.

    Hi,
I have a bug to report. I can't uninstall the mod from NMM, whenever I try to uninstall it NMM crashes. I have the latest Skyrim 1.5 and the latest NMM 0.16.4.

I've decided to do all of the fixes in one plugin. I'll be changing this page into "Bug Fixes for Player Houses" or "Player Houses Bug Fixes" I'll think of some thing . Proudspire Manor is finished. Fixed a few flashing textures and the like. The two big fixes were the glitches chairs on the third floor. Where the poor chair was glitched into the nicer chair. And I cleaned up the rest of the cob webs in the basement near the enchanter. Don't know why they kept some of them.. But they're gone now. That should be up in a matter of hours if every thing goes smoothly with uploading and taking screenshots and what not. Stay Tuned!

Alright, My only excuse for not fixing them was not knowing how. But, with directions now it must be done I'll work on it later on today or maybe the next. Thanks for bring these to my attention!

    *EDIT*

Well, I can't fix the dagger displays. Not because I can't follow directions. But, because they aren't bugged for me. I'm able to place and retrieve all daggers I put into it. I have however found a large amount of bugs in Proudspire Manor. So, I will most definitely be making a mod for that house as well. Now My question to you guys is this. Should I make separate mods for all of the houses, or, Fix all of the houses in one mod on one page? Please let me know and give a reason for your choice!
