This is causing me to crash some of the time I kill an enemy with the spell. I may be wrong but I believe that if a 'kill move' is triggered with it the game will crash.
Youve not really explained the spell itself that much. How much base damage per second does it do? How fast does it fire? How much damage does the arrows do? Is there anything we should know about the fireing range? How much magica does it use? What type of spell is it, does it fitt under conjuration, that would make sense since your conjuring magical arrows at your foes, as opposed to just venting raw energy over them, like a destruction spell? And allso, what level of spell is it counted as, novice, master, ect?
