This fix allows custom races and vampires to complete the Dark Brotherhood Quest "To Kill an Empire" (DB09)

Author's instructions
This is a bugfix, first and foremost, so it took no creativity to make, and I really don't care for any attention, so feel free not only to distribute this, but for all I care, you can tell your friends that you fixed Skyrim for them if they asked.
File credits
This was made completely on my own volition without using any ideas or resources from any other mod makers. Any similarities between this mod and any other implementations of this bugfix are completely unintentional and coincidental. The closest thing to "credit" would be when I played through the game as a custom race and found myself confounded.
tldr; I did not copy you. Feel free to copy me.

This is a very simple fix that allows a player to continue through the Dark Brotherhood quests if they've contracted vampirism or are using a custom race. Usually the game holds you hostage in the castle, as Gianna, the castle chef, refuses to recognize you if you are anything but one of the non-vampiric Vanilla Races. This refusal of recognition ends up being a greater threat to the Dhovakhin's ascendancy to power than all the dragons put together. This fix merely tells her to recognize you if you are anything BUT a non-vampiric vanilla race.
If you are playing in a way that does not necessitate this mod (non-vampiric vanilla race), the mod will not affect you in any way.
There are other mods that also fix this bug, in slightly different fashion, but as effectively: Higher Magic DB CookQuest Fix : http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=10770 and Expired's custom race fix: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=10165 and The Unofficial Skyrim Patch
