Version 1.04
Sond fix for Argonian and Khajiit females.
Added a timer that resets the animation of the player after about 30 seconds after hanging. (For example, when a player flies into the cave.)

The player can use the new shout only after escaping from Helgen (it appears automatically.)

Possibility of death of the player is corrected at very big duration of flight. So it is possible to jump (cast W T F shout) off from the Throat of the World and to remain live.
Now you can force down characters if during flight will strike them. :) Unfortunately this function not always works, as at great speed flight it is impossible to process an event.
