Hey do you think you could make it replace the daedric sword(not greatsword, if that's possible, but if not, then greatsword) in another upload? that would be great!
Found this for anyone that wants to play around with it; player.setav swingspeedmult the value you enter for that console command is the percent swing speed modifier so I set mine to 1.5 and it's pretty nice. Experiment with it for now while we wait if you like. There s a bowspeedmult and an unarmed one as well for which I forget the command.
It is possible this can be applied to a weapon as well to make only that weapon apply the multiplier though I have not tested it I was sleepy.
edit: I did some searching and as of yet cannot find any information on how to make such a change.
However new as the game is I haven't had much time to compare things like weapon speeds etc so if you find any other correctly flagged 2 handed weapon I can make a version for basically any greatsword type weapon.
