1. Use an image viewer ( I recommend Infranview ) to find the ink you like.

2. Rename the file to femalebody_1.dds

3. Place the file into the appropriate folder, remembering to backup your original body texture first.

From your main Skyrim installation directory, the path to success is:

/skyrim/data/textures/actors/character/female/
