Some of the voice sets Bethesda has available for creating characters don't always speak the dialogue when they're supposed to. The "sultry" female voice set, for example, will usually not say a few companion related dialogue lines (though you will still get the subtitled dialogue). Issues like this are issues that Bethesda still hasn't fixed (even vanilla companions they programmed with said voice sets do this).
Until Bethesda decides to fix this issue (which has persisted since the game was released), modders have the choice of only using a select few voice sets to create companions or having companions who have unspoken dialogue lines due to their voice set. If I remember correctly; there are only three or four voice sets that don't suffer from this problem.
I hope Bethesda gets this fixed eventually, but I'm not holding my breath considering how long the game has had this problem.
I am using Autumn as my follower and have noticed something that bothers me. When I talk to her she says Still here, and I've got your back and I'm right behind you, You lead I'll follow, and Lead on but only in the text subtitles. She doesn't actually say the lines. Is there any way to fix this? I don't like silent companions. She still says something when we trade though.
Load Skyrim ESM, Apachii ESM, and this mod's ESP )be sure to load the ESP as an active file). From there look up her ID in the Actor Window (her ID will be one of the two entries of "companion" that is lower case. There will be a number after the word "companion". One of these will be Summer, the other will be Autumn.
From there, you load up the companion you want to alter (double click her ID entry), This will bring up her actor window where you can edit her information (voice, fighting style, appearance, etc.).
Once you make your changes, save the ESP. Bethesda has resolved the face tint bug foe many players using the CK, so you might be able to simply use an ESP and not have to create an ESM.
The current version of the CK supposedly fixed the face issue on custom NPCs, but a few people (myself included) still have the bug with an up to date CK. So if you get the face tint bug, you may have to go the full gambit and create an ESM to fix it.
Hmmm...if you're still having the hair issue the only other thing I can think of is to try a full un install and then reinstall her manually (if you haven't tried this already).
Just make sure to get all of your gear back from her, save your game after you've uninstalled her to clear her data from your save game, and then re install.
If that doesn't work, I'm at a loss as to what might fix it for you.
