I noticed a few of your screenshots of the ships have a green discoloration on the Vanilla and modded boards. What causes that? I have the same thing going on in my game with unmodded ships and thought maybe I had a conflict with a mesh or texture tucked away in a texture pack.
OH MY GOSH. A year after searching for this texture mod I finally stumbled upon it! I can't believe I didn't check this mod sooner. These golden textured woods blend well with the other yellow woods in my Tropical Skyrim, and also give a new look and feel to old shacks. Thanks so much for sharing them!
