   It makes the npc to the same speed as ours but is it compatible with mods that change our speed ? Like https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/32229 ?

   I don't know if this mod is also meant to slow down horses when they are walking but now the opening sequence takes looonger for the horses to reach Helgen. Any solutions while still using this mod?

   Open the console, click the npc then type setav speedmult xxx. I think 100 is default.

      That only resets the NPC's speed, not the jog and fast run speed values.

   The sprint bug with the 360 controller should be added to your description.

   because i have a bretton i always thought i was slower because i was really short. and trying to keep up with people was a huge pain. so thank you for this mod.

   Upon starting a new game the carriage speed is altered, leading to wrong timing comments of the NPCs in the intro scene. Just a cosmetic bug but needs fix.

    For every game i play where you are led by an NPC it think of a fix like this. Very simple thing that to me is very necessary.
