Using the Creation Kit and in game names I've been able to dig out what the actual ids are for each perk. The process is rather simple. First you start with the name of the perk you want to find the ID for. Second you attempt to find it in game via the console help "perkname". If you fail to find it or only find a limited number of rank(s) the next step is to look at the official perk tree and make note of the name of the perk that fits the perk you are trying to find. Open the Creation kit, File > Data then check skyrim.esm, Update.esm and perky.esm marke sure to make perky.esm set as active file and hit ok. After the files are loaded, For starts go back File > Data and click perky.esm and the Details... button. Here you will see a list of everything that perky changes or adds including perks! This is where it can be tricky and confusing. You want to look for one of two things, either the perky perk name or the skyrim default perk name. Once you find either close details. Type the name you found into the Object Window Filter and click *All. You should see multiple or a single perk listed. You can hover over the items listed in the object window to see their ID.

Here are some I've found through this method.

    Light Training:
    Armsman## (00,20,40,60,80)
    000BABE4
    00079343
    00079342
    00079344
    00079345

    Lock Research:

I agree. Been using this a long time, and it's extremely annoying not to be able to just have a bat file for this.

Is there a list somewhere with all the IDs of the new Perks?
