More Stables
Because five horses isn't enough!
Updates
20/03/2012 - Released version 2.0! New stables in Ivarstead with a new horse. New even more unique frosted texture for Frost with unique saddle. Alfhed will now replace Olav as hostler if Olav dies in Dragon Bridge. Other minor changes. Added optional essential ESP.
16/03/2012 - Added video trailer for version 1.1 showing what is currently in the mod.
15/03/2012 - Added teaser image from version 2.0. The horses are a little hard to see, but they are unique. Just like all the horses this mod will add. Also added a section detailing the types of horses and where to get them to the description.
14/03/2012 - Edited the description a little to clarify that these are unique horses. Some people was confused about that. Sorry.
14/03/2012 [v1.1] - The map marker was automatically shown on the map. Now you have to discover it. Oops.
14/03/2012 [v1.0] - Initial release
Description
This mod plans to add new stables to the smaller towns around Skyrim. These stables also include new, unique, fully purchasable horses from hostlers with unique voiced dialogue.
Currently there are two stables, one in Dragon Bridge and one in Ivarstead. Both with unique horses.
There is also a custom texture for Frost with a unique saddle.
New Horses
There seemed to be a little bit of confusion as to whether or not the stables in this mod add new horses or just add vanilla horses to new locations.
I assure you all the horses this mod adds are new and unique. That's the main reason for this mods existance.
Here is a run down of the horses and where to get them:
White Horse: Dragon Bridge Stables. Just on the other side of the bridge from the town.
Dun Horse: Ivarstead Stables. Just outside of town heading towards Riften.
More to come! Check back soon!
Also, I'm not all the knowledgeable on horses. So if I have the names wrong, please let me know!
Installation
Extract the archive into your Skyrim folder ("C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data" by default, although I wouldn't recommend installing games there).
Uninstallation
To remove this mod, go into your data folder and remove the following files:
More Stables.esp
More Stables.bsa

Conflicts
Will likely conflict with any other mods that replace Frost. But the only ones I've seen also make Frost white, so I guess they wouldn't really be needed if you were using this mod too.
Additional Notes
None at the moment.
