Guys, I think I should really let you know this. Beware of this mod. I was having a lot of problems with bloated saves and heavy script lag. It was really frustrating, as when I discovered the save to start bloating, there was no way to stop it. I could wait some days indoors, and the save would reduce it size, but as soon as I started playing again, it started bloating again, so I had to go back to before it started bloating. On one occasion, my save reached +400 mb, no sh*t! I lost a LOT of time, more than once, and I got super frustrated as I couldn't find the solution. Since I use a lot of mods, it was hard to pinpoint what was causing trouble.
Until today, I discovered the save to start bloating on a very specific and short situation. I thought "hmm, the only thing I did was add some perks... HOLY SH*T, THE PERKS!" Tried not adding perks, and it didn't bloat. Specifically, I was adding the Nightblade perk, which was the one this mod adds. Then I proceeded to load all the abandoned savefiles I had to let go because of bloating on prior occasions, and guess what. The common denominator of all these saves, is that I had that damn perk on.
Yeah, well, excuse the slightly euphoric tone of this post, but I am immensely relieved to have finally found the solution to a problem that has been bothering me for days, and made me lose several hours of gameplay.
Besides, someone already commented something similar, and this mod is on the Masterlist of Dangerous Mods on the Steam forums (I think this is what made me suspicious of the perks in the first place) http://steamcommunity.com/app/72850/discussions/0/523890681422555089/ .
Does anyone know if this perk works with the Ordinator Perks of Skyrim mod? I don't think it will, but wondering if anyone knows of a hidden patch for it somewhere or something.
Please! Don't use this mod, beware. This mod is heavily dangerous to your save files as it uses lots of scripts. With this mod I reached a save file of 234 MB, when I deleted from my list I got a save file of 30 MB. This mod can make your save files heavy. It was a great idea, unfortunately it doesn't work as expected and needs improvements.
hi, first time poster i got a weird question... i cant seem to get this to work... i installed it like normal, green check mark and everything. well it doesnt work for me... no CTD, no top left message saying sneak hit, nothing. and its not just this mod either. i have used skytweak which also seem to have a sneak attack thing in there and it doesnt work either... i tried this first, doesnt work, then i disabled it to try skytweak, and nothing. any ideas?
