If Bwins95 ever comes back to make adjustments to it though, one thing I'd suggest is having the mod kick in after the 'Dragon Rising' quest is complete (it's when you actually kill the dragon and get named Thane). You can technically buy the house before that so getting it free then is a little odd. Nothing that can't be ignored though.
I can't get the steward of Whiterun to sell me Breezehome, even after finishing the required quests - the dialog doesn't appear. I thought this mod might fix my problem, but it doesn't. Do you know of any fixes?
Can anyone re-upload this? Lost it in a HD crash and now when I d/l again the file is reportedly bad and does not unzip properly. Do not have this problem with any other file here...
Gotta agree here. You get named a Thane and have to buy a house? A small one that's not very nice until you improve it. As mods go, it's simple but it works.
