I had an idea though that maybe you would be interested in hearing. Is it possible to seperate shout cooldowns but keep the cooldowns relatively the same, or slightly increase them? So you could for example, Wuld to the back of a Dragon, then release a Fus as it turns to you, then Fiem to run away?
I think this would actually be fine as far as balancing goes to be honest, and make shouting actually fun. Would actually make it almost an art form ;p
