I would suggest a vendor at the Dragon Bridge (Four Shield Tavern), I started here with the Alternate Start mod and there was no vendor at all in this small settlement, I had to get to Solitude to buy/sell (which is quite a ways on foot). Also since this is a military outpost it makes sense that there should be a trader there.
Very good idea! Some minor vendors [travelling-type] could also be placed in Dragon Bridge, Shor's Stone and Kynesgrove. [All those miners, smiths, guards etc. must get their torches, clothes and basic utensils from somewhere]. Even bigger towns like Dawnstar and Morthal could benefit from minor merchant [other than Khajiit Caravans] since there aren't any "nonspecialized" vendors who would buy/sell basic clothes, torches etc.
There will probably be more updates. At the moment, however, I have not found anything that I can fix related the bugs a couple of people have reported. I've been unable to replicate the bug myself, so that makes it difficult!
*sigh* well I don't know. On some saves loading only your mod works, on others it doesn't... Must be something on my end :/ In the end I wasn't able to pinpoint the problem. Oh well, it seems to work now...
Well it would seem that's in fact a conflict with another mod. Loading only yours work. I'll try to make some tests with potential suspects and I'll get back to you

When I reloaded the game, it worked.
Anyone else seeing a problem like this?
