Description
My ported and tweaked version of the beautiful mod made by coldsun1187.
A beautiful Dunmer Spy voiced by the fantastic Alexia Renaldis (the voice of Lily from the game Subverse).
Location
- You can find her in Mistveil Keep, Riften.
Backstory
Vayne’ s parents were once members of the faction of Dunmer who worked and worshiped at the Shrine of Azura in Skyrim. They left their priestly work because they were afraid of Azura’s visions of their future, which the Goddess provided to her worshipers. They settled in Winterhold, and Vayne began to attend the College of Winterhold. During her training at the college, she was sexually assaulted by one of the other students. Due to his noble station, he was not punished for his actions. Vayne used her illusion magic to sneak into his college chambers and slit his throat.
Feeling betrayed by the College, she left Winterhold and set off to Riften. There, she joined the Thieves’ Guild and learned the art of stealth. She quickly rose through the ranks but was also noticed by a mysterious dark elf named Eland Dax. He was a member of the Dark Brotherhood. He pursued Vayne until she agreed to join the ranks of The Brotherhood. Eland Dax became her teacher, her trainer, and her lover. Vayne fell for this mentor figure and listened to his every command. She was sent to assassinate many targets across Skyrim at the behest of the Dark Brotherhood and Eland Dax.
Along the way, Vayne realized that Eland was using her. He had no love in his dark heart and in fact had planned to dispose of her when he was done taking over the guild for himself – using her skills. Vayne abandoned the Dark Brotherhood to its fate with Eland Dax and became a free agent assassin. She went back to Riften and took jobs with the Black-Briar family as well as other rich clients.
About Vayne
Perks: Illusion Dual Casting, Light Fingers, Savage Strike, Matching Set, Custom Fit, Unhindered, Fighting Stance, Kindred Mage, Quiet Casting, Misdirection, Cutpurse, Perfect Touch, Light Foot, Assassin's Blade, Muffled Movement, Master of the Mind, Aspect of Terror, Armsman, Agile Defender, Stealth, Illusion Apprentice/Adept/Expert, Skill Boosts, Silence, and Deft Movement.
Special Perks - Blood Money: Dagger damage while invisible increases if a certain quantity of gold is placed in her inventory. 100 Gold = 10% increase, 500 Gold = 50%, 2000 Gold = 100%. Nightmare: Fear spells have a 25% chance to paralyze in low light levels. Dagger attacks deal increased critical damage against fearful/paralyzed opponents. Invisibility increases effects.
Special Weapon: Dagon's Tooth (Dagger) - Drains health from target.

- Fully-voiced with over 270 voice lines.
- A brand-new follower system custom-built from scratch by Migal130 - this exists no where else.
- An MCM Menu to access some of Vayne's special features.
- Introduction Quest, More combat dialogue, idle dialogues, dialogues for her backstory and about her past, and 3 Hairstyles that can be picked from a dialogue selection.
Additional Information
- Includes a Summon Vayne Spell in her inventory. No more losing her.
- Home Assignment and sandboxing (see FAQ below). Turn on and off her home dialog in the MCM Menu (she has her own custom home-assignment system)
- Vayne has a horse named Solace. The horse can be disabled or enabled in the MCM Menu (again, custom horse script built from scratch by Migal.
- Follow distance: You can make her follow at a normal range or a close behind.
- FaceLight: Vayne comes with her own FaceLight. Enable it in the MCM. Do not use another mod's FaceLight on Vayne as it will double the brightness.
- She can be invited to live at BBLS but doing so will double her FaceLight. It is best to wait until her BBLS Patch is released.
- Home Settings: You can tell Vayne where to live. Once you've done that, you can add details by telling her where to sleep, eat breakfast, eat dinner, hang out in the morning and hang out in the afternoon. The secondary options are absolutely optional. If all you do is tell her well to live, that's where she will live. The Home Settings options are based around the players feet. So stand next to the bed where you want her to sleep. Stand next to the table/chair where you want her to eat, etc.
- If the bed you want her to sleep in has an owner, she cannot sleep in it. This includes beds in the BBLS residence and vanilla player homes. You can clear a bed's ownership by opening the console, clicking on the bed, and entering: ClearOwnership. This will not break a vanilla home bed. The BBLS bed extensions patch does the exact some thing. But it will cause Karliah or Serana to not sleep in their beds in the BBLS residence. This will be fixed in her BBLS Patch.
- Where she eats and hangs out does not have to be in the same building as where she lives. She could live and sleep in Breezehome, visit the market in the morning, visit DragonsReach in the Afternoon, Eat Breakfast at the Drunken Huntsman and eat dinner at the Bannered Mare. You decide.
- Vayne has a mount that can be enabled or disabled in her MCM. If you get on your horse, within a few seconds her horse will appear and she will mount. How long it takes her to get on the horse will vary depending on the terrain. When you get off your horse, she will get off her horse and the horse will vanish until she needs it again.
