I have had it installed for a few days now but none have appeared, I just saw that there is a fix, It doesn't appear that it is an update on the page, I wouldn't have known
I will wait to see if someone uses it and comments if it has worked for them to put it back on my list, thanks anyway for your work

Hi, the main download on the files tab is the updated one that fixes the issue of the shields not appearing in loot chests, make sure you have that one downloaded.  Bear in mind that the loot lists are levelled, so the higher your character's level the more likely you are to come across them. I've archived the older versions of the mod where the spawn chance was incorrect.

Hi!  I unfortunately don't have SSE or the SE creation kit to be able to do that, but it should be a fairly simple job - from what I understand, all someone needs to do is open the mod in the SE CK and save it?  But I'm afraid someone else will have to do that, but they have my blessing to port it to newer versions if they can

Hello, when you refer to the loot, is it for what you find in some container, but will the NPCs also carry it and can they use those shields or is it only exclusive for the player? There is some remote possibility that it does not need USLEEP, I have many mods that are not compatible. thank you very much in advance, the implementation looks great

Hey there!  So the shields are added to the base sublists for enchanted shields.  This means that the ones in this mod have a chance to appear wherever you'd find the standard enchanted shields (fortify block, elemental resistances etc).  This should mean my shields will appear in loot chests, merchants etc.  I haven't added them to any NPCs, but if there are any NPCs in vanilla Skyrim that carry enchanted shields then they may crop up there too. NPCs are able to use the shields and the enchantments should work, so if you want to give an enchanted shield to your follower there should be no issues!

It's... quite likely that it can manage without USLEEP now that you mention it, it was a force of habit that made me include it.  I'll need to find out how to remove that dependency, but I think you're right and USLEEP shouldn't affect anything that this little mod does.  I'll take a look into that for you shortly, thanks for pointing that out!

All sorted, unnecessary dependencies removed!  The mod only requires the Dragonborn and Dawnguard DLCs :)

Thank you for the prompt response and that you can take that trouble.
The implementation for the game looks great since sometimes they have enchanted weapons but the enchantments have a vanilla limitation. Being able to add this to the NPCs is super cool since it will give a new adventure to a battle encounter. Very good idea, and thanks again.
I will be tracking your mod if you can separate it from USLEEP as a master, or if it is possible as an option for those of us who play without USLEEP, (I will not deny that perhaps I am the only one)
I don't know how to use TESSedit, I'm sorry to leave that job to you.
      have a great weekend

Thank you!  I've managed to remove the USLEEP dependency (more straightforward than I thought) so you should be good to go!  This is my first "proper" mod, albeit a small one while I take a little break from my main long-term project, so definitely a learning process for me.  I have lots more planned for this one as and when I have time so I'll be tinkering with it on and off.  But thanks for your support, grateful for any feedback and suggestions anyone has!
