This is a backport of Imperial Primus Armor mod thanks to open permissions by the author PrincessAries. The description below is copied from the original modpage.
The Primus are highly skilled and experienced Penitus Oculatus agents and are often regarded as paragons of imperial ideals. Instead of acting as assassin or investigators, the Primus' primary role is serving as a protector of high value targets or as deadly soldiers.

D E T A I L S
The armor is slightly weaker than ebony and can be crafted with the ebony smithing perk.
The gladius can be crafted with the advanced armors perk. It's slightly weaker than ebony, swings faster, and has a higher critical damage multiplier.
The main goal of this mod was to revamp the fairly ugly Lord's Mail creation club armor. I ended up wanting the armor to be a full set of armor instead of just a chest piece. That idea ended up turning into two standalone armor sets and a weapon made for high ranking imperial soldiers and honor guards.
The Primus Custos variant of the armor is on par to ebony armor. Instead of crafting the armor, it can only be found on high ranking Penitus Oculatus members. Commander Maro will wear a unique masked helmet and have a new ebony gladius called Ultor Imperii. Additionally, the Primus Custos set can be crafted after destroying the Brotherhood.
