      Hello my friend, you need to install Milfactory Asset Hub LE version 2.0, choose either Bhunp or Cbbe file (not both). You need either Cbbe or Unp based body mod and a compatible texture mod to get the best possible looks. You don't need anything else. The Asset Hub is common shared files for all Milfactory mods by SilverWolfMNG to save space. Hope this helps .
