Turtle's Recommendation:
Whiterun Horse Statue LE which adds the statues around the inside of the city which will work with all your city overhauls
This is not me being biased because I made the port I just think they go really well togeather which is why I have made both
Note from Turtle:
If I can I may make a merge of this and Whiterun Horse Statue LE but this is not confirmed so it may not happen depending on if the authors agree or not
(Do not annoy them about it)

Whiterun Exterior Horse Statue
Simply adds a horse statue at the intersection in front of Whiterun. All file flagged as ESL!
Patch available for Northern Roads
Works with Ryn's Whiterun City Limits, Jk's Whiterun Outskirts, and the combo patch without issues!
