I saw about 3 or 4 mod that wanted to mimic the The Witcher 3 Fast travel system, and no one of them achived that, except this and Sojourn Over Signposts. But after a lot of work and fight with .swf files, patience and sometimes brute force (xd), I made this mod that it's probable the most close to The Witcher 3 Fast travel system. This mod requires Sojourn Over Signposts because it's the one that creates the activators that allow to open the map.
Mod features:
INSTALLATION
Just install via any mod manager like Vortex of MO2.
It's important to note that the .swf files that contain the Fast Travel Signpost was made with Dear Diary - Dark Mode UI as a base, so, the icons in general will be more beige than white, like in that mod. So it's STRONGLY recommended that you use this mod with Dear Diary - Dark Mode UI (you will love it, anyway. It's a must have). Let my mod overwrite it and don't allow any other mod to overwrite the mapmarkerart.swf and compassmarkerart.swf.
COMPATIBILITY
Probably, this mod it's not compatible with any mod that changes map icons. I mean, at leat if you want the The Witcher 3 map icon, either way, the map markers will still work.
Incompatible with Point the Way - This mod has enough signposts, even more. So don't worry.
IT'S MANDATORY TO HAVE Sojourn Over Signposts - Backport LE, CAUSE IT MAKES POSIBLE TO FAST TRAVEL THROUGH SIGNPOSTS.

Mod features:
- About 50+ new Fast Travel Signposts discoverable map markers throughout Skyrim.
- Some cities have more than one signposts, so it's more comfortable to travel to specific locations in cities (like specific Signposts for Ports).
- 4+ Signposts in Solstheim.
- 2+ Signposts in Dayspring Canyon.
- 1+ in Volkihar Castle.
- 2+ in Forgotten Valley.
- New map marker icon imported from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
- Spanish and English versions.
- Because Sojourn Over Signposts, Fast travel it's disabled by default. You will have to unable the mod in mod manager if you want to fast travel normally again.
- Safe to uninstall mid game.
