Can you tell us the ID of the buff? I tried the 20% one first and it still felt pretty slow, so i went to 40% but i cant trigger the test/tolfdir again and want to manually set it with the console.

probably a good mod for those who will play as a caster, for example what I miss when I play a caster is that the spells scale with your level like when you are a vampire lord that red magic, if it were firebolt scale it would be more interesting to play caster. my personal opinion.
