I'm not sure if the recent update already fixed this, but when I tried the mod initially, there were certain ground textures that when walked on, would produce ridiculously loud, stompy footsteps, even while barefoot, had to uninstall for the time being as it was unbearable.
Before I download your mod, I should like to hear it and your alternatives. Might you make and link to a YouTube video with the sounds in synchrony with a character walking/running/sprinting/sneaking?
Seriously, I would like to but I don't have a good PC and I can't play and record at the same time. Although it would be nice if someone did it. I would appreciate
