on the top last option in Race Menu...Sculpt....export face..it will create dds and nif files in SKSE\Plugins\CharGen, can you upload please, its necesary to get the face right after loadind presset for people who use diferent assests

This is simply due to everything, different ENB, location, lighting, skin etc. I haven't changed her look. Switching to HPH hasn't changed her appearance, except that she looks a little smoother. I'll send you the files later and then you can see what Kate looks like in your game ok?

Yes, I also have problems giving female followers something different in the normal inventory. I don't know exactly what that is about. Maybe it's Schlong of Skyrim, or maybe another mod. I'm not quite sure.

I also think she looks better in the Underworld Armor than I would have imagined.
I want to thank You personally for making her. Nobody has ever been this close to perfecting her.
Still wish that there were better hair options for her.
