You can ask your followers to lead you to cities, bounty targets and bosses.

Permissions and credits
Changelogs
This mod adds two dialogue options to the follower dialogue menu. One contains cities and current bounty locations that you can choose for your follower to lead you to. The other option allows your follower to lead you to bosses in your current locations.

Important notice: Please do not uninstall this mod while your follower is executing its commands (I'll follow you to.../Lead on). Otherwise, you may encounter issues, including your follower not headtracking or not following you. If you have already uninstalled it and are having these issues, reinstall the mod, interact with your follower, exit dialogue, save your game, then uninstall again.

Manual Installation
Notice: It is recommended to use a mod manager (like Vortex) for installation to avoid conflicts between mods.
Notice: For versions before 1.2.6, it is recommended to uninstall the older version of this mod before updating to the new version.

Extract the ZIP file (I Follow You.zip).
Copy the Data folder from the extracted folder into the Skyrim folder, typically located at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim".

Manual Uninstallation

Important notice: Please do not uninstall this mod while your follower is executing its commands (I'll follow you to.../Lead on). Otherwise, you may encounter issues, including your follower not headtracking or not following you. If you have already uninstalled it and are having these issues, reinstall the mod, interact with your follower, exit dialogue, save your game, then uninstall again.

For version 1.2.6 and above:
Delete ifollowyou.esp and ifollowyou.bsa from the Data folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data).

For versions before 1.2.6:
Delete ifollowyou.esp from the Data folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data). To know which other files you copied, check the files inside the I Follow You folder that you extracted from the ZIP file. Then delete the files in the Skyrim\Data\Scripts folder that have the same name as the files in the I Follow You\Data\Scripts folder. Also delete the files in the Skyrim\Data\Scripts\Source folder that have the same name as the files in the I Follow You\Data\Scripts\Source folder. To make this process easier, you can sort the files by date.

Tips
When you press the back key (S), your follower will return to you and follow you normally unless you press the forward key (W).
To walk side by side with your follower, you can use these steps:
Use the back key (S) to make your follower return to you.
Use the strafing keys (A and D) to approach your follower.
Get side by side with your follower.
When you are ready, use the forward key (W) to make your follower start moving again.

Known Issues

Version 1.3.2
This mod may not be compatible with other mods that are related to followers or bounty quests, including Nether's Follower Framework, Amazing Follower Tweaks and Bounty Hunter.
While executing the "Lead on" command, the follower may travel instead of leading the player.
The follower may not follow or headtrack the player if the mod is uninstalled while the follower is executing its commands. To avoid these issues, before uninstalling the mod, interact with your follower, exit the dialogue, and save your game. If you have already uninstalled it and are having these issues, reinstall the mod and follow the same steps.
While executing a mod command, if the follower is ordered to wait at a given location, they will continue to travel when the player moves forward and will not return to the player when the player moves backward.

Version 1.3.1
This mod may not be compatible with other mods that are related to followers or bounty quests, including Nether's Follower Framework, Amazing Follower Tweaks and Bounty Hunter.
After updating from version 1.3.0 to version 1.3.1, the follower may be unable to interact until the player moves to a different cell or location.
The follower stops traveling and starts following the player normally after commenting in places like caves and dungeons.
This issue has been fixed in version 1.3.2.
While executing a mod command, if the follower is ordered to wait at a given location, they will continue to travel when the player moves forward and will not return to the player when the player moves backward.
Since the follower's city travel destinations are set to default innkeepers, they won't travel if the city's default innkeeper is replaced by another NPC.
This issue has been fixed in version 1.3.2.

Troubleshooting
If you fast travel after giving a mod command to your follower, press the back key (S) and use the wait feature (T) to make them come to you. Alternatively, enter an interior cell, such as towns, taverns, and dungeons, and press the back key (S).
Before uninstalling the mod, it is recommended to interact with your follower, exit the dialogue, and save your game to avoid critical issues described in the Known Issues section. If your follower is not near you, you can use these steps to teleport them to you:
◦ Open the console by pressing the tilde (~) key, located below the Esc key.
Type the following and press Enter:
prid <Follower's RefID>
Type the following and press Enter:
moveto player
Close the console by pressing the tilde (~) key.

Example usage:
prid 000e1ba9
moveto player

(000e1ba9 is the RefID of the follower named Jenassa.)

To find the RefID of your follower, you can visit:
