This is a backport of Halffaces - Simple Horse Meat retexture mod with permission from the author. The description below is copied from the original mod.
As of 2024, there are already tons of great mods that change vanilla food and ingredients in one way or another. I installed many of them and noticed that all the authors paid almost no attention to horse meat. Horse meat always looks very primitive and has a simple texture, close to vanilla. So I decided to create the simplest mini-mod that corrects this misunderstanding.
2K textures BC7, new normal map. Safe to install/uninstal at any time.
