   How should I handle this situation?i want to change some settings about weather but fail 。

      This ENB  will not work with Skyrim Special Edition it's for old verision (Legendary Edition).

   I love the daytime with fog, it looks fantastic. 
   
   While nighttime is quite dark, torches/light sources are extremely dim?
   I think the darkness is perfect, just that light sources aren't working as intended I'm guessing.

      Nope only requirements are  True Storms - Thunder and Rain Redone, version 1.5 and Enhanced Shadows (EVLaS LE)

   This is finally the new quality enb. Has all the bells and whistles and no more weather changing 1000x for no reason or dealing with the really long loading times from ELFX.
