Great mod! I was enjoying until the Diplomatic Immunity quest. I did it as usual and when I arrived in Roriksetad, the courier delivered an inheritance letter saying that Lydia had died... I use the mod "Followers can die", but it never happened while we were apart like that.
For me, Lydia has ALWAYS been the iconic Bijin Lydia. However, with this mod, Lydia appearance changers seem to either break her appearance, or her audio, or both given her unique voice. However, given the new VA for lydia sounds younger than FemaleEvenTone, I chose a different appearance for her. I found this tool works just fine. Please do not attempt the following without the appropriate permissions, however, if someone used those JPN voice files then in theory, could they not read each voice file with a program and have a JPN audio equivalent be output with some relatively basic code and API keys, and just head into the CK to regenerate the lip sync files with the newly generated JPN audio equivalent of this, and boom bam voila you have a Japanese version of this mod, or French, Korean, Spanish, etc. since I use those JPN voices. It's an interesting idea I had immediately because I can't use it in my own game. Let me know if this is something you don't mind or would prefer to not have your files processed/altered in this manner.
I had already tried this mod before with AZ's Lydia by IceShotJoe, it is incredible and fun, but I found problems with the plot line of its dialogues. I will try it again but with this mod, I think it is worth the try. Thanks for the port and happy new year :)
Things that don't work: - The EFF from Expired6978 does not recognizes her. - Mod convenient horses: Lydia is being ignorend. No reaction to "horse call" i.e., thus no horse for her by that mod.
