After loading the module, your followers will automatically obtain the module function. As long as there is a nearby corpse, your followers will harvest items on the corpse. The type of item they will harvest depends on your settings in the MCM menu, which creates most of the item types in the game to choose from and supports two followers to help you harvest loot
