In the open world, the game is suppose to render an accurate cubemap for the water based on the sky and lod objects.
However, when you enter and exit an interior location that has water in it, the game might revert to using a default cubamap for water, which is set to "CaveGreenCube_e.dds". This causes the water in the open world be green.
This mod fixes that by clearing 1 game setting: "sDefaultCubeMap", which causes the game to use the sky and lod objects instead.
ESL.
(this doesn't fix green reflections for specular objects. We haven't figured that one out yet)
