      I'm not so sure it's so much feminine as it is a different style of riding. I'm not really sure of the names of the different styles of horseback riding but I think this might be considered English style. It might be more aesthetically pleasing especially for female riders but I don't think it's exclusive to women. It's nicely done tho.

      Well... It jiggles and the horse is happy and can't stop sprinting so it's pretty much feminine :)
