Can the vanilla MQ105SPRINTTRIGGERSCRIPT cause endless recursion (an infinite loop) and crash the game by running out of memory?

I thought compiled pex files can run in any game version without the need to recompile those psc files. Did I got it wrong

I don't speak English as my first language, so I don't quite understand what this mod does just from the description translated by Google Translate.
Is the bug in that quest a big, dangerous bug?
I think we can better judge the need for this mod if you tell us more easily how it affects the game or play instead of technical jargon.
    I always respect you.

      Yes, it's very important.
In the Main quest, where you try the Whirlwind Sprint shout for the first time, there's an invisible box that triggers some events.
When you enter this box a script is triggered, if you go out and enter again, the script is triggered again, and a bug is created, and cooked in your save forever (it's a simple explanation, it's not exactly what happens, just for you to have an idea). The new created script never go away.
This mod prevents that, and give you the option to remove the bug if it's already in your save.

Honestly, these things recently have been making me paranoid of this game. Is it really that unstable people are now resorting to re-doing its scripts? On a side note, I can't help but shake the feeling that mods like these are going to one day let people essentially build their own Skyrim without actually owning Skyrim. I mean, with all the retextures and mesh replacers out there, you can technically get models for everything that weren't originally included in the game. I certainly don't think bethesda is going to stand for that. Makes me worried for mods like this...

On an unrelated note, will these eventually be put into a compilation? I'm getting tired of downloading mods all the time, so maybe I could just wait until they're compiled together and just do one download rather than 2 or 3 every day (of course, most of those are updates from other mods I've downloaded in the past, either way these fixes are still adding to that count)?

it's a bethesda game, what do you expect? people have been modding scripts for a while, it's not a recent thing. also, the game isn't unstable, the worst this bug will do is make your save file a bit bigger. you could use resaver to remove the duplicate scripts from your save file, but prevention is the best medicine.
on your 2nd point, it might be possible, as daggerfall has been rebuilt in unity, and there is an ongoing project to completely rebuild morrowind's engine. however those games are much simpler, and you still need to own a copy of the game to play. i think there's something in bethesda's user license that means nexus doesn't allow anyone to just upload the game exe, so no need to worry about bethesda stopping modders from doing their thing.
third: you can just not download the mods if you don't want to. but modding is half the fun! anyway, there are a few mods like vanilla script micro-optimisations and the unofficial patch that address many issues all in one.
