I'm a bit confused as to the location of the house, "in the Jorrvaskr Living Quarters". How can there be a house in the living quarters? And yes, adding my vote for some screens. No one wants to buy a house sight unseen, right?
Also, you should add a bit to the description page; "it is cool" doesn't really tell us much about the house itself. Without a description or screen shots, there isn't much to go on to make us want to download your house. What does it contain? Is it all-purpose, or designed for a warrior or mage, etc.? Smithing? Alchemy/Enchanting? Special features?
It is also important to include a read-me with your download, even though it is just an .esp. With a ton of mods, it is sometimes easy to forget what mod an archive contains - seriously - and it is very helpful to have a read-me with a description of the mod, install instructions (there are still many first timers out there), credits, if any, contact information, etc.
Please forgive me if I am telling you what you already know. But you will score extra points for including a read-me, and they really are important to include. I don't mean to sound hyper-critical, just mentioning a few things that should receive attention.
(Oh, and on the "Files" page, you might want to change "teh mod" to "The mod", or even make it more descriptive.)
