If you want to turn her into a follower, go right ahead. I use the breton race as a base for human female characters because of race-specific settings/tintmaps.
The closest I got was repainting the skin of an extinct Nethaupaul Dremora Playable Race mod for Morrowind and repaint the Eyes of Zawadi and give her Proserpine hair. Zawadi v2 has painted-on hair, she also has a self- contained, Playable Race/Chargen. The darker eyes and hair showed up in Character setup including all her tattoos. That's the extent of my Race Creation ability. This is what Zawadi from [WanakoWorks] looks like. https://staticdelivery.nexusmods.com/images/1704/18452769-1638356755.png https://wanakoplays.tumblr.com/post/120682558074/immersive-zawadi-follower-v-20-oh-hey-look-at Any Standalone Follower that has their own separate Race can be used as a Player Race. I did the same with Larane from the same Author.
nice, it's sad to see Skyrim never got a more african redguard mod like oblivion had (doesn't look great today but for it's era it was) she looks great
