The SPID and whatever the SKSE stuff does had to be cut out it works fine though you just need to remake your Bashed Patch because Level Lists.

Great now I want to play my modded Stellaris and build the big f*ck off solar system ship again.
I get to blame you guys for this as you guys wanted these magic mods.
