There was a bad path set for Mirabelle's eyebrow texture. It took a long time to identify this because I had the mod where the textures come from installed in my game. Sorry about this, please download the new version (called MVC NPC Overhaul 1.26 FIX). Perfectly safe to update mid-game.
Version 1.8 has been available since a while ago. I have fixed Mirabelle's weight back to vanilla settings (weight 30) from the previous weight 100, so there is no neck gap when you load the mod into an existing game. The opposite gender anims fix only works in a new game (maybe even only in a fresh install, not sure there). I ask your attention and feedback concerning the newest NPC additions' eyes (Serana, Uthgerd, Lisette, Brelyna, Nirya and Faralda), as they are displaying correctly on my game but are giving me trouble when trying to port this mod to Special Edition (eyes disappear after I do the eye mesh fix). So please let me know if these girls' eyes display correctly in your Legendary Edition game or not. This might be related to a mod I have in Legendary Edition creation studio, but I haven't been able to identify it yet.
Thank you! There's a few ways to do that via modding, my favourite is still Amorous Adventures, since she can not only become your girlfriend/lover and/or marry, but also she can become a follower/companion.
Thank you very much for your answer. Unfortunately, Amorous Adventures is a quest mod. Once I put it, but then abandoned it. If only there was a simple mod that changes Elisif's behavior.
