This is a patch for JS Purses and Septims to make the loading screens/statics use the correct models

This will also affect mods that use loading screen meshes for decoation as it will use these now 
(No issues at all as I made sure to place the items in the same spots just letting you know)

I got sick of seeing vanilla bags showing up in my loading screens and at some locations if mods used the loading screen meshes so I fixed it while I was temp banned from uploading.

I may look into patching other stuff if the three statics have item that othr mods replace

And no nether of the two files have a .ESP, ESL or ESM so download let this win all overwrites and forget
