   I noticed something... the ring seems to also add unlimited charges for weapons. Is this supposed to happen?

   Hmm, that should not happen. Try installing the mod, getting the item in game and try equiping and then unequiping it. If nothing else, use the player.removespell command followed by the buffs that the ring provides. This should get your magicka to the way it was.

   how can I put Magicka back to normal? if I remove the ring then the effect will still remain. Even if I remove the mod I have unlimited Magicka.
