Should be safe in theory. JaySerpa's .esp files do not overlap with each other, at least from what I can tell. However, don't take this as a guarantee.
Update: Please don't merge any mods that use SPID, for their .ini files relies on the original .esp name. You can merge them safely by renaming the original .esp in their .ini files to the new merged .esp file name.
These backports aren't really "ESL-flagged," right? If I understood it correctly, only SE/AE can handle ESL files due to the way certain internal components (e.g., FormIDs) get changed when you convert ESP files to ESL.
At any rate, I do appreciate your efforts at backporting JaySerpa's mods to LE.

My first priority is creating the mod pages so that people can download the backports early, then correct the description quality last.
